Little Black Dress 2025
Jul. 6th, 2025 09:21 pmHello, and thank you for considering writing something for me! Treats in any medium are welcome. I'm aguntoaknifefight (swirlingvoid) on ao3. I'm happy with works of any rating! DNWs and opt-ins vary by request. Please do not feel restricted by the characters I've suggested for pairings; I would love to discover a new ship through this.
Stylistically, I particularly enjoy:
Downton Abbey: Thomas Barrow
I love Thomas and his many potential love interests. I’d love to see his relationship (or lack thereof) with the broader gay community and his attempts to carve out happiness at any point in canon.
A couple of character ideas: Edward Courtenay, Richard Ellis, Guy Dexter, William Mason.
Opt-ins: LBD/OC, selfcest, and crossovers for any fandoms I’ve written or requested before. (Fusions or traditional crossovers are both welcome and do not violate my setting change DNW).
DNW: noncon, incest, setting change AUs, on-page sex with a character under 16 or species equivalent.
The Magnus Archives: Jonathan Sims
Jon! I love his relationships with everyone (particularly when they are stressed!), and would love to see what-ifs. I’m particularly fascinated by Jon’s relationship with his own inhumanity — the way he slides into his role as Archive, always pushing forward, and yet clings to his sense of what is right and moral. I’d love to see that smash up against someone whose own inhumanity is at a different stage, whether or not that results in a corruption arc.
A couple of character ideas: Oliver Banks, Gerry Keay, Georgie, Elias, Agnes Montague, Jane Prentiss, Nikola.
Opt-ins: selfcest and genderbending (cis or trans).
DNW: Jon/Martin, Jon/Tim, Jon/Sasha. Jon written as allosexual (he does not need to make it clear that he is asexual, so long as he doesn’t experience sexual attraction; I am fine with him having sex), incest, setting change AUs, on-page sex with a character under 16 or species equivalent.
The Silmarillion: Celegorm
I am intrigued by him! I find the way he is spoken of largely as a unit with Curufin to be interesting; they seem to see the writing on the wall earlier on than their brothers, and are more willing to lean into it. He’s the only one of his family to learn primarily from Orome (except possibly Aredhel?) as opposed to Aule; why? What is that like? For the Silmarillion, I particularly like sex as extension of politics and/or messy family dynamics, and would be happy at any point in time for this (pre-Exile Valinor, Beleriand between kinslayings, post-second kinslaying in an AU where he survives, post-death Valinor).
A couple of character ideas: Curufin, Dior, Finrod, Orome, any other brother or cousin, one (or multiple!) of his servants.
Opt-ins: LBD/OC, selfcest, genderbending (cis or trans), Celegorm/Huan (YMMV on if this is bestiality), Aredhel/Celegorm, and crossovers with Lord of the Rings or the Hobbit.
DNW: noncon (unless to/from Dior or from Orome; dubcon welcome for all ships), cross-generation incest, setting change AUs, on-page sex with a character under 16 or species equivalent.
The Silmarillion: Sauron
I am endlessly fascinated by Sauron’s relationships with his body and violence. He presumably is quite strong, but prefers to rely on psychological tactics and violence when he has a lot of power behind him. I imagine he does not have a lot of sex for personal enjoyment, but I’d be intrigued to see the situations in which he does, particularly as that gets chipped away after he makes the Rings. What are the situations where he does feel genuine (romantic or sexual) desire? What are the situations where he doesn’t? Where do the lines blur between lies and truth?
A couple of character ideas: Celebrimbor, Melkor, Maedhros, Aule. (I would love to see what Celebrimbor/Annatar looks like in a universe where Maedhros/Sauron also happened.)
For noncon, I’m open to Sauron both as aggressor and victim, depending on which feels accurate for the dynamic you’re writing.
Opt-ins: selfcest, genderbending (cis or trans, as far as that applies), and crossovers with Lord of the Rings or the Hobbit.
DNW: setting change AUs, on-page sex with a character under 16 or species equivalent.

- Uncontrollable orgasms (with or without trigger words)
